PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The 101 Distribution Mobile Fan Quiz begins on or about September 15th, 2010 at 12:01 am. Pacific Time ("PST") and ends on September 15th, 2011 at 11:59 pm. PST (the "Promotion Period"). The Contest consists of separate random drawings (each a "Drawing" and collectively, the "Drawings"). To be eligible for a specific Drawing, you must enter by the date specified on the chart below. Entry in the Contest does not constitute entry into any other promotion or Contest. By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these 101 Distribution's Mobile Official Contest Rules ("www.101distribution.com/Contestrules") and the decisions of 101 Distribution, 2375 East Camelback Road, 5th Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85016, which shall be final and binding in all respects. ELIGIBILITY: Only legal U.S. residents and residents of the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older are eligible to enter. (This Contest is void in Puerto Rico and where otherwise prohibited by law. 101 Distribution their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to enter the Contest or win a prize. Except as contemplated in these Official Contest Rules, personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used in accordance with the privacy policy found on the Website www.101distribution.com/privacy All federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter the 101 Distribution Mobile Fan Quiz. You may enter a Drawing by correctly answering the multiple choice question of the day via your mobile. Mobile telephone and/or text message services may not be available in all areas. The text message method of entry is designed to work with most of the major wireless carriers in the United States, but 101 Distribution makes no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will be compatible with participation in the Contest. Here is a list of Supported wireless carriers; Alltel, AT&T, Cellular South, Cincinnati Bell, Cricket, Metro PCS, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile. The mobile phone that is used must be capable of sending and receiving text messages. Entrants should check their phone's features to see if they have that capability. Message and data rates may apply to all text messages sent and received. Entrants should consult their wireless service provider's pricing plan for details. Entrants will incur text messaging charges in connection with attempted entries, corresponding error messages or legal disclaimers. This will occur even if the attempted entry does not go through because the cap on the number of text message entries has been reached or because connectivity or other problems are experienced. Members are solely responsible for all fees and taxes incurred through their wireless telephone service, for text messages or otherwise, associated with participation in the Contest.
Limit of one maximum (1) entry per person per day for the Drawing and a maximum of seven (7) entries a month. 101 Distribution shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by any of the equipment associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Contest. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. In the event of a dispute regarding the individual who actually submitted a wireless entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the wireless account supplied at the time of entry. The potential winner may be required to provide 101 Distribution with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the wireless account associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to 101 Distribution's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

By entering the Contest, you authorize 101 Distribution to contact you via SMS text messaging, email, telephone and/or postal mail, regardless of whether or not you have opted-out to receive further communications from 101 Distribution, for the sole purpose of notifying you if you are a winner.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On the drawing dates indicated above, the prize winner(s) will be randomly selected by 101 Distribution from all eligible entries received for that specific Drawing. The potential prize winner(s) will be notified by telephone, SMS text message and/or e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. If the winner’s handset does not support downloads, winner(s) can supply 101 Distribution with an email address that the download links can be sent to. Limit one (1) prize per person per Drawing. 101 Distribution shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Potential winners who entered via the text message method of entry will be notified by text message via their registered wireless telephone number. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within ten (30) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Where such forfeiture has occurred, 101 Distribution, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential alternate winners of a prize selected by 101 Distribution in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. Prize winners may be required to provide picture proof of identification, which may include a driver's license, passport, voting card or similar government issued identification, and proof that they are the individual associated with the winning entry. The winning mobile telephone number, depending on the method of entry, as well as the associated information of the winner, must identically match the records maintained by 101 Distribution in order for a prize to be awarded. In the event of a dispute, the information maintained by 101 Distribution will govern. Entries will be deemed made by the person under whose name the entry was registered, regardless of who actually submitted the entry. Be sure to use your correct name and your own e-mail address or mobile telephone number, as applicable. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Contest Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected.

The approximate retail values ("ARV") of any electronic prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these
Official Contest Rules and the date that the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of an electronic prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. PUBLICATION/GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE/FORCE MAJEURE: Acceptance of a prize constitutes prize winner's permission for Sponsor to use prize winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, neither 101 Distribution nor affiliates are responsible for: (i) incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen submissions or prize notifications; (ii) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites or other connections; (iii) miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; (iv) any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information; or (vi) failure to capture any information. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Website, to be acting in violation of these Official Contest Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or terminate the Contest if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Contest is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor's control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Contest as contemplated herein. In the event that Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Contest as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis (e.g., Swine Flu), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within 101
Distribution' control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest. If the Contest is terminated before the designated end date, 101 Distribution will (if possible) select winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. These Official Contest Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of 101 Distribution. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Contest Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Contest Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to release, indemnify and hold the Promotion Entities harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees, costs and settlement costs), damages, suits, costs, demands and/or judgments whatsoever, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (a) your use of the Contest and/or the Website; (b) your breach of these Official Contest Rules; and/or (c) your violation of any rights of another individual and/or entity. The provisions of this paragraph are for the benefit of the Promotion Entities. Each of these individuals and entities shall have the right to assert and enforce these provisions directly against you on its own behalf.
GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND/OR ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR 101 DISTRIBUTION IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS. SHOULD A DISPUTE ARISE CONCERNING THE CONTEST, ALL PARTIES AGREE TO SUBMIT THEIR DISPUTE FOR RESOLUTION TO THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS RESIDING IN ARIZONA. AS A CONDITION OF ENTERING THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE THAT ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS CONTEST, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION.
SEVERABILITY: Should any part of these Official Contest Rules be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

All such requests must be received within four (4) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period. These Official Contest Rules will be posted on the Website.
LEGAL WARNING: Any attempt by any individual, whether or not an entrant, to damage, destroy, tamper with or vandalize the Website, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Contest, is a violation of criminal and civil law and Sponsor will diligently pursue any and all remedies in this regard against any offending individual or entity to the fullest extent permissible by law and in equity.

1. Description of the Contest.

2. Eligibility.The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old when they enter. Employees, officers and directors of 101 Distribution, each of their legal representatives, and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, the "Contest Entities"), their immediate families (and those living in the same households whether related or not) are not eligible to enter the Contest. By participating, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of 101 Distribution, which are final and binding in all respects.
3. How to Participate; Number of Entries.
(a) Two Means of Entry. There are two means of entering a Drawing (each an "Entry"): a "Mobile Participation Entry" and a "Free online entry at www.101d.com". A Mobile Participation Entry is where a Member (as those terms are defined in the Terms and Conditions; collectively, are referred to as "Mobile Members") is automatically entered into one or more Drawings as a result of correctly answering the 101 Distribution multiple choice question via text messaging associated with a Drawing or by taking such other action as playing free online at www.101d.com
(b) Limits and Obtaining Additional Entries. Mobile Members may only play once per day and a maximum of seven (7) a month. If you wish to enter a Drawing more than once, your additional entries must be made by playing free online @ www.101d.com
4. Drawings: Selection of Winners.

(c) Contacting Winners; Conditions Applicable to Prizes
We will notify winners by either text messaging, phone, e-mail or regular mail using contact information provided with registration or entry; winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release that must be returned within fifteen (30) days from the date we first attempt to notify a winner (the 30 day period after we first attempt to notify a potential winner is referred to as the "Notification Period"). If the potential winner cannot be contacted during the Notification Period or if the potential winner fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release by the end of the Notification Period, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. 101 Distribution Mobile Fan Quiz winners who participate via Mobile Participation Entry will generally be notified by text message which will contain a claim code. 101 Distribution Contest winners can claim their prize by the online claim form available at www.101distribution.com/contest and entering their claim code. We may, in our sole discretion, attempt to contact up to five (3) potential winners per prize in
accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If there is a dispute regarding the individual who actually submitted a Mobile Participation Entry, the Mobile Participation Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the wireless account supplied at the time of registration. If a dispute cannot be resolved to our satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Prizes may not be substituted, assigned or transferred, except with our permission; we reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value if the offered prize is unavailable. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of any electronic prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Contest Rules and the date that the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of an electronic prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. Gift card prizes are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by gift card issuer. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. We will report prize awards to the IRS as required by applicable law. 6. General Conditions. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest. In such event, we reserve the right to award the remaining prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment in accordance with Rule 4 above throughout the Promotion Period. We reserve the right in our discretion to disqualify any individual we find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage our Website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, 101 Distribution reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. 101 Distribution failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by 101 Distribution. Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification. If there's a dispute, entry information will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the telephone number submitted at the time of entry, unless entry was submitted by a mail-in entrant.
7. Release. By accepting any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Contest Entities from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in or in connection with the Contest or receipt or use of any prize. Except where otherwise prohibited by law, acceptance of a Contest prize constitutes winner's consent to our use of winner's name, address, likeness, voice, and /or quotation for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. Contest winners do not have to pay to receive the prize once they have won it.
8. Limitations of Liability. The Contest Entities shall not be responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (b) lost, late, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected entries; (c) any technical or human error or unauthorized human intervention which may occur in the processing of Contest entries or in the administration of the Contest; (d) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property including to an entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or from downloading any material from our website, regardless of whether we or a third party prepared the material and regardless of whether the material is connected to our website by a hypertext link.
9. Disputes. Entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest or any prizes awarded shall be resolved via arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in Phoenix, Arizona, in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any award rendered shall be final and conclusive to the parties and a judgment thereon may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing herein shall be construed to preclude any party from seeking injunctive relief in order to protect its rights pending an outcome in arbitration. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not bring, join or participate in any class action lawsuit as to any claim, dispute or controversy that you may have arising out of or connected with the Contest or any prizes awarded thereunder. You agree to a) the entry of injunctive relief to stop such a lawsuit or to remove you as a participant in the suit; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Arizona law, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law rules, governs all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant or 101 Distribution in connection with the Contest.
10. Data Collection. We collect personal information from you when you enter the Contest. The information collected is subject to our privacy policy located at www.101distribution.com/privacy.
11. Winner's List/Official Rules.
